RETURNS POLICY

Please be aware that we must receive returns within 28 days of delivery – this is irrespective of your chosen payment method.

All products being returned are required to be in a saleable condition, unused and in original product packaging.

Should a product be in an unsaleable condition we are unable to provide a refund.

Kindly note, if you purchased an item online or via phone and return it, you will receive your refund/exchange once the product is back with us - this can take up to 21 days to be processed.

Refunds will take upto 3-5 working days to be processed and up-to 28 days if you paid using PayPal.
