can i order a bespoke arrangEment?

are the floral arrangEments real?

No, all florals and foliage are artificial. We work tirelessly to source the highest quality faux flowers and foliage to ensure our creations have a realistic appearance.

can you organise a gift delivery?

Absolutely! We love sharing the love. Please email hello@enchantedxhome.com to arrange gift deliveries and discuss specific requirements.

how do i clean/maintain my arrangEment?

A light wipe down with a soft, clean cloth will ensure your piece look its best for longer. Please don’t use chemicals as this could affect the colour and could damage your piece.

how often will exh have new arrangements?

Why are your flowers so expensive?

Our premium faux flowers are made of high quality silk, an expensive material but necessary to achieve the realistic aesthetic we pride ourselves on. This is what also makes the arrangements so durable and stand the test of time. We feel your making a one off payment for a luxury bouquet for life. Worth it? We think so!

can your faux floral arrangements be kept outdoors?

Our arrangements can handle some fun in the sun, but we don’t recommend more than a few hours. Prolonged and continued exposure to the elements can diminish the colour and quality of the arrangement. For this reason we recommend you keep your arrangements indoors.

do you sell individual stems?

Not right now but we will consider if there is enough demand. You can contact us for a bespoke order and we may be able to sort something out for you depending on the size of your order.

how are the arrangements packed?

All of our arrangements are delivered in our signature flower gift boxes. Carefully nestled in luxury paper, your new friends will be well looked after by our premium cardboard packaging.

what delivery options do you offer?

All of our deliveries will be made by DPD courier delivery. The standard option is 7 days and an express service offers 4 days.

how long will delivery take?

Deliveries will take up to 7 working days but you can email us if you require an urgent delivery.
