Order Acceptance:

Orders which are placed online are an offer to purchase by you and made by us subject to availability. You must be 18 or over to order from us.

All our goods are subject to availability, in the event we are unable to supply a product/s we will highlight this on our website as out of stock.

Below are basic measures required to create an agreement between us and you:

·      You confirm your order for the product/s on our website by clicking on confirm order at the check out process

·      You will receive a confirmation via email detailing your order details. If the email provided is incorrect you will not receive the confirmation email.

·      Order acceptance and the completion of the agreement between ENCHANTEDXHOME and yourself will only take place once the products have been dispatched.

·      If any order is placed by a retail or business with the intention of directly reselling goods that are purchased from us, we have the right to cancel it pre-dispatch. Additionally we reserve the right to cancel any bulk orders (30 orders of the same item) that may be place to a business or a business premises.

·      Risk of loss and damage of product/spasses to you on the day the products are delivered to you.

Payment:

We accepts payment by debit and credit cards as well as PayPal to a UK registered address. We accept payment from the following cards Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, Mastercard and Visa Credit.

To ensure your payment cards are not being used without your consent, we will validate the name, address and any other personal information provided by you during this order process against relevant third party databases.

We will take all reasonable care to keep your order and payment details secure but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from our website.

·      All our product prices are shown in £ Sterling and are inclusive of local taxes at the current rate

·      We accept online payment in a secure environment and we accept payment from debit and credit cards registered to a UK address.

·      Payment is also accepted via PayPal

·      We do not accept cash or cheque payments

·      We will only charge postage once per order regardless of the number of products placed.

·      Confirmation of debit or credit card will come from you.

·      All credit and debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorised by the card issuer.

·      If the cardholder refuses to authorise payment we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of the goods.

Delivery:

ENCHANTEDXHOME will try to fulfil orders as quickly as possible, we will inform you of any
products that may be out of stock and will not be able to ship part orders. As such we will remove any out of stock items from your order to enable us to process the remaining items.

All special deliveries are required to be place before 12pm BST.

All deliveries must include the correct delivery address and special instructions may be given e.g leave with neighbour etc

VAT invoice will be dispatched with your goods as a proof of purchase and may be used as support should you wish to return any item.
